Shipping & Returns

General Shipping Information:

tip.com.au aims to satisfy every customer. We have created our shipping and returns policy with the customer in mind. The shipping cost for Australian orders is shown at the checkout, when you purchase your product(s). Products are sent via courier or Australia post and we reserve the right to change couriers without notice. We can not accept orders with a PO Box as an address. All orders at Volleyball.com.au are processed in Australian currency unless notified otherwise. All prices include GST. Purchases made by cheque or money order will not be sent until funds have been cleared. Orders are shipped within five (5) business days. Orders are usually delivered within 1-5 business days. Occasionally we may run out of a product. If this occurs, we will ship the order to the customer as soon as possible. If there will be an extended delay, the customer will be notified. Orders from other countries will not be accepted at this stage, but you may contact us and we may accomodate it upon request. If the demand for international orders is sufficient in the future, we will include an international ordering option. If you are in a country other than Australia, please contact us by email.

Returns Information of Faulty Items:

If your item(s) appear damaged in transit, or if they are faulty, please notify us by email immediately so that we can arrange to collect the items from you. Once notified by email we will issue you with a return authorisation (RA) number, and arrange for the collection of your damaged item(s). Any claims regarding a faulty item must be made by email within 7 days of delivery.

For all returns other than if faulty:

You may return a product, as long as you have contacted Sales by email to obtain a return authorisation (RA) number within seven calendar days of the date the products were shipped to you. You must then return the product(s) within fourteen days. Returns received by us beyond fourteen calendar days from the original shipping date will not be accepted for return. We will then organise a refund of the item (s) to you.

Refund/ Return policy:

If the product purchased from volleyball.com.au does not meet your satisfaction, we will refund your item in full as long as it is made within 7 days from the date recevied. Contact us right away. Email sales@tip.com.au to obtain a return authorisation (RA). We will then send you instructions on returning the item and will arrange a full refund for the items purchased.
