Warranty:

All items carry 1 Year Return to supplier Warranty unless specified. Without prejudice to any statutory rights available to the Purchaser, all goods supplied are covered by such warranty as is specified by the manufacturers and supplied subject to the products standards detailed by the manufacturers. The Purchaser acknowledges that tip.com.au will not be liable for any time delay, in replacement of faulty or damaged items. We will do our best to deliver the damaged or faulty goods upon receiving the product back to us. Warranty is void if damage is caused by tampering to the product, physical damage, and normal wear and tear that comes from the products use.

Specifications and price are subject to change without prior notice. Title of goods does not pass until the invoiced amount is paid in full. All items include GST unless specified.*All invoices must be presented for any warranty claims which start from date of invoice.

Refund/ Return policy:

If the product purchased from tip.com.au does not meet your satisfaction, we will refund your item in full as long as it is made within 7 days from the date recevied. Contact us right away by email to sales@tip.com.au, and we will send you a return authority number and return instructions. It it will contain instructions on returning the product back to us.We will then arrange a full refund for the items purchased. This does not cover items damaged from misuse.
